L7's Jennifer Finch Diagnosed With Brain Cancer, Will Miss Farewell Tour

L7 bassist Jennifer Finch has been diagnosed with an aggressive form of brain cancer and will be unable to join the band's upcoming farewell tour, the group announced this week.

In a statement shared with fans, L7 revealed that Finch recently underwent multiple surgeries and has experienced serious complications related to her diagnosis. She now faces an extended period of rehabilitation and ongoing medical treatment as she continues her recovery.

"The Last Hurrah Tour was planned along with Jennifer when all four of us were in good health and spirits," the band said. "Although she will not be able to join us for the upcoming U.S. dates, Jennifer has asked us to continue with the tour as planned."
