TRIVIUM Launches "Next Era" With Massive North American Tour Featuring IN FLAMES

TRIVIUM has announced one of the year's biggest metal packages, revealing a 32-date North American tour that will pair the Florida metal veterans with Swedish melodic death metal pioneers IN FLAMES this fall. The trek kicks off November 5, 2026, at Jannus Live in St. Petersburg, Florida, and concludes December 19 at The Fillmore in Charlotte, North Carolina. Joining the tour are ORBIT CULTURE, FIT FOR AN AUTOPSY and FROZEN SOUL.

Beyond the impressive lineup, the tour represents a significant moment for TRIVIUM. Frontman Matt Heafy has described the run as the beginning of the band's "next era," with new music expected to arrive in the coming months. Fans attending the shows can also expect the band to debut material from its forthcoming studio album, making the tour more than simply another lap around the continent.

The run will also showcase drummer Alex Rüdinger on his first full North American headline tour as an official member of TRIVIUM. Since joining the band, Rüdinger has brought renewed energy to the group's already formidable live show, and the upcoming dates will mark the longest stretch yet for the current lineup.

For IN FLAMES, the tour continues an active period that has seen the Swedish veterans balancing relentless touring with work on their fifteenth studio album. Following the critical success of Foregone, the band has confirmed it has returned to the studio with drummer Jon Rice, with new music expected in the near future. Their inclusion gives the tour two headliners with fresh material on the horizon.

The supporting cast is equally formidable. Sweden's ORBIT CULTURE continues its rapid ascent after several years of growing international recognition, while FIT FOR AN AUTOPSY remains one of modern deathcore's most respected live acts. Texas death metal outfit FROZEN SOUL completes the package with its crushing old-school approach, making the tour one of the most stylistically diverse metal bills of 2026.

Tickets go on sale July 24, with presales beginning earlier in the week.
