IRON MAIDEN Celebrates 50 Years With Landmark European Festival Run

IRON MAIDEN is marking its 50th anniversary with one of the most ambitious tours of its career, bringing the Run For Your Lives World Tour to stadiums and major festivals across Europe before the production heads to North America later this summer.

The tour blends headlining festival appearances with standalone stadium concerts, allowing the British metal legends to celebrate five decades of music before audiences numbering in the tens of thousands throughout the continent.

A Career-Spanning Celebration

The European leg has already included headline performances at ROCK AM RING, ROCK IM PARK, NOVA ROCK, ROCK FOR PEOPLE and HELLFEST, placing IRON MAIDEN atop some of the world's premier rock and metal festivals.

Led by vocalist Bruce Dickinson, bassist Steve Harris, guitarists Dave Murray, Adrian Smith and Janick Gers, and drummer Simon Dawson, the band is performing a setlist that draws heavily from its classic catalog. Songs including "The Number of the Beast," "The Trooper" and "Powerslave" anchor a production featuring elaborate stage design, theatrical lighting and multiple appearances by the band's iconic mascot, Eddie.

Following appearances at RESURRECTION FEST and ROCK IMPERIUM FESTIVAL in Spain, IRON MAIDEN continues its European itinerary with additional dates before closing the leg with a pair of special anniversary performances at Knebworth Park in England.

Knebworth to Host EddFest

On July 10 and 11, IRON MAIDEN will present EddFest at Knebworth Park, the band's only U.K. performances of 2026. The two-day event expands beyond a traditional concert by combining live performances with interactive attractions celebrating the band's 50-year history.

In addition to performances from THE DARKNESS, THE HU, AIRBOURNE and THE ALMIGHTY, fans will have access to Maidenville, a dedicated festival area featuring the Infinite Dreams exhibition of stage props, instruments and archival memorabilia. Eddie's Official Pop-Up Dive Bar will also return, serving the band's Trooper beer throughout the weekend.

Following EddFest, IRON MAIDEN will bring the Run For Your Lives World Tour to North America, where MEGADETH and ANTHRAX will join the band on select dates. The North American leg begins in August and continues the celebration of one of heavy metal's most influential and enduring careers.
